All of the squad came to the annual ACA Junior Cyclocross camp in Winter Park. This was the first time that everyone from the team was all together, with some new faces. The boys spent all of Saturday training with Coach Erik while the girls trained with the female coaches. All of the kids at the camp learned an assortment of cyclocross drills and took part in the "Bump and Thump" contest Saturday night

Even though some of the Skippers had never been to camp before, they still managed to take home quite a few prizes.

Sunday morning dawned cold and gloomy but all the kids were excited to race. The under 10s raced first with the Skipper's own Liam storming off the front in the first lap to solo away for the win. That set the stage for stellar performances from all the Mudskippers! In the girl's race, Laurel rode away to an impressive 1st place.

The entire Skippers team turned in outstanding results with top 10 placings from most Skippers.
The whole squad had a great weekend, got to know each other a little better and are looking forward to the next practice!
